Approval of Valuation and Accredited Valuers

The Securities and Stock Exchange Commission (SEC) has granted approval to our company and three designated valuers for conducting property valuations associated with or involving Thai listed companies. Our accredited valuers include:

1.  Dr. Chong Chongyosying, Chartered Principal Valuer

2.  Ms. Benchawan Chongyosying, Chartered Principal Valuer

3.  Ms. Wanlapa Boonnum, Chartered Principal Valuer

We have been recognised and approved by various organisations including:

Furthermore, the Bank of Thailand (BOT) has endorsed the SEC-approved valuers for accrediting them in the valuation of properties serving as collateral for mortgages with all commercial banks and financial institutions.

Similarly, the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC) has utilized the SEC-approved valuers to authorize them for property valuations intended for mortgages with life assurance and insurance companies.
